Call Back is a new FREE and easy to use facility that Acorn Cars are offering to all its customers. This facility allows the driver to call your home telephones to notify you that your taxi has arrived.

Why use our Call Back Service?

2. No more standing outside pubs, clubs, restaurants or other premises. Call Back will notify you when you taxi is on approach.

3.No more missing your taxi!.

4. Extra safety and security for female customers and children.

5. No need for the driver to sound the horn.

6. AND There is NO need to even answer your phone.

When the driver arrives at the pick-up address he presses a key combination on his data unit. This sends a signal to the computer in the office, which then calls the customer for a pre-set number of rings. If the call is answered within that time, the customer will hear a message informing them, that their vehicle is approaching.

Callback doesn't only save time for our drivers and our office staff, it also helps to offer a better service to your customers. Instead of having to look out for their vehicle, they can just wait for the telephone call.

1. Book your taxi using your home telephone on our regular numbers 546 4444 or 546 0000 and ask the telephonist to place you on the Call Back service.

2. When your taxi is due to arrive your home telephone will ring twice and then cut off. At this point you should make your way to the agreed pick up point.

3. AND There is NO need to even answer your phone

1. Save the following number 0151 549 2521 in your mobile phone as Taxi Outside.

2. Book your taxi using your home telephone on our regular numbers 546 4444 or 546 0000 and ask the telephonist to place you on the Call Back service

3. When your taxi is due to arrive your mobile telephone will ring twice and display TAXI OUTSIDE then cut off. At this point you should make your way to the agreed pick up point.

4. AND There is NO need to even answer your phone!
